AZA Members

AZA Members Access to the Antivenom Index is for AZA-accredited Institutions and Certified Related Facilities only.

If you are employed at one of these institutions, please ask your director for your login. The Antivenom Index login is not the same as your AZA member login.

Your director may email the AVI site administrators for login assistance.
